At MyDreamPages, we strive to provide a smooth and delightful experience when creating personalized books. Since our books are custom-made and processed quickly, we have specific refund and change policies in place.
Refund Eligibility
Clients have up to **6 hours** from the time of order placement to request a refund or cancellation.
After this window, the order will already be in processing and refunds are no longer possible since production begins immediately.
Non-Refundable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our books, once processing has started, refunds cannot be granted.
Changes such as selecting a new book theme or uploading a different child’s image after processing has begun are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Fixes and Adjustments
If there are deformations, printing issues, or problems with the generated scenes in the same book ordered, clients may request adjustments or corrections.
These fixes are limited to correcting issues within the original book ordered, and do not include changing the theme, replacing the child’s image, or switching to a new book.
Delivery Timeline
Our team works quickly to deliver your personalized book within **24 hours** of order confirmation. Because of this fast turnaround, refund requests after the 6-hour window cannot be accommodated.
